Blue Is The Warmest Colour

On Friday I went to see this movie. I had stumbled upon it by accident and I'm very glad that I did. It was a very interesting film to watch, it is a French film so if subtitles are not your thing perhaps it is not for you. It is a story of love, lesbians and heterosexual liaisons.

It is rated R and rightly so, it had some of the most graphic sex scenes I have ever seen. It was intense, it was raunchy and it was heart breaking. If you know me you know how attached to my phone I am, the film had me so enthralled I didn't even care I had no reception.

The main character in the end of the film reminded me of myself, which was an eye opener. Holding onto lost hope. Waiting for something that will never be.

It was a great watch, if you're into that kind of thing I strongly suggest you get to a cinema and see it. Be warned though it does run for 3 hours!
